Sedlo Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 (edited) Hi! I've found that the NAVFLIR HUD Projection in 2.2 NTTR is not really usable when using deferred shading. The display is almost completely black, or completely white, depending on the mode selected. Is there any possibility to check this out? Cheers, SEDLO! razo+r Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 Put your gamma for night flight to 2 and higher.
Sedlo Posted December 17, 2017 Author Posted December 17, 2017 I've tried that but it sort of makes the rest of the sim look bad, whilst not really brightening up the HUD that much. I'm wondering if it's supposed to be this way, or something that will be changed in the future? My Youtube Channel MY DCS MISSIONS
rrohde Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 I am sure that there are still some graphics tweaks we can expect in all DCS modules on the way to 2.5 - this issue included. How the shaders work is ED's responsibility. I will pass your observations to them so they can fix this isssue.
