The profile comes populated, and that's why you get correct response in VA, and it's passed to VAICOM, which in turn doesn't know what to do with it.Try an "Export" then "Import" from the control panel.Never saw that one before, but I've had database corruption, always fixed this way.Cheers! It's fine already.Try "Export/Import", as a "reload" probably just finds it empty.When you export, an Explorer window will oppen I think.
