Electrics not working after shutdown.

If I turn the engine off (with auto-shutdown) and later turn it on (with auto-start) many components don't actually work, even though in the auto-start log they were reported to be turned on (the canopy stays open as well after auto-shutdown). For example HUD does not turn on, any sort of lights (landing, strobe, etc.), IRL the plane would basically immediately be grounded and sent to ground crew to find out what's wrong.

Must be a problem with the auto-start or auto-shutdown scripts because last time I have checked you can do a full shutdown and then restart.
