Please search before posting. This is a very, very, very old and well known issue, with numerous posts made about it. The current system of recording is not the best and replays will often deviate slightly from what actually happened; think butterfly effect. DCS does not record game footage, it records controller positions against time. The upshot is that when replaying a track, due to minute differences in calculating time, the missile that you narrowly avoided previously will hit in the replay, the bullets that set the enrmy aircraft alight may miss, or your plane, if a split second from impacting the ground previously will auger into the mountainside. These inaccuracies are cumulative, the longer the track, the greater the errors. Quadg Posted February 5, 2018 Share Posted February 5, 2018 the funny thing is if you load and replay the track again it will probably work. but you need to reload the save not just hit replay. grunf Posted February 5, 2018 Share Posted February 5, 2018 This is not a bug but actually a feature, which may come in handy when you brag in front of your friends with your awesome flying skill. Since your friends want to learn from the best - you - they will ask for a track, which you will happily provide.
