LOD04 missing the right wing

I've noticed while playing with a friend that on distance the MiG was missing a wing, but I had the Rift, so I wasn't sure.

 

Now I watched a video from the 2.5 and the MiG does miss a wing! I went to check the files and I think it is the "mig21_lod4.edm" which misses a wing.

Was the MiG hit by another enemy? We all know about the wunderluft AI, but I went ahead and fixed the texture issue. Visibility args on LOD4 check out and are ok.

This Bug exists since a long time. Since a few 2.2 patches.

Go in the mission editor, place the mig, top view, scroll the view up, at a point the wing will surely disappear.

I can also confirm that. Something with the lighting. The dark side is visible while the side that should have light is invisible.

As of version 2.5.0.14138 the wing is fixed, thanks a lot!

This bug is back in current 2.5.2 Open Beta : ((((( (or it never was solved?)

Lack of right wing again.

It was fixed and i never touched the 3d mesh for it since the last update. Sometimes ED copies different versions on their server to create new versions for updates. It's quite possible that this is an affect of it.
