Bullant
The title says is all, look at how much the throttles are moved in the last 10 seconds or so of the landing. Go to 4:40 for the good stuff. Emmy
I've shown this to a couple of guys who fly Hornets and they both said: - The Wx is about .5 of a notch above CAVU (ie little to no factor) - His speed control is kinda suspect (without knowing if sheer was a factor) [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] http://www.476vfightergroup.com/content.php High Quality Aviation Photography For Personal Enjoyment And Editorial Use. www.crosswindimages.com

ED Team Wags Posted February 26, 2018 ED Team Share Posted February 26, 2018 As mentioned in my most recent video, you'll really want a good throttle for DCS: F/A-18C Hornet that provides good precision. It will make your life a lot easier maintaining your baseleg and adjusting GS in the groove. 1 Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/user/wagmatt Twitch: wagmatt System: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=3729544#post3729544

BravoYankee4
Well, the Automatic (Fart ;) ) Speed Control in the Viggen isn't that bad after all then when you see other pilots jerking their equipment like maniacs :)
aaron886
Well, the Automatic (Fart ;) ) Speed Control in the Viggen isn't that bad after all then when you see other pilots jerking their equipment like maniacs :) I know you're joking, but these guys are flying real jets, with a margin of error of feet, and not using the stick to control glidepath at all. Techniques vary, but that's why the throttle is moving a lot.
