Woody01
Hi guys, after almost 11 years flying IL2 The Flying Kiwis have moved to DCS World as our primary simulator. Our organized flight nights are Sunday night from 20:30 but we will fly casual missions during the week as well. At the moment we are doing a squad conversion with the P51D Mustang as we build everyone's modules and maps up, we will be converting to other types as time goes on. Our standard modules at the moment is P51D, Normandy map & WW2 Assets pack and we use Discord for comms. If you are in Australia or New Zealand and you want to check us out you can follow our banter at https://www.simcentral.co.nz/phpBB3/viewforum.php?f=18 Our server is password protected so jump on comms and say hi, we also play a lot of Insurgency for our ground game and to warm up on Sunday nights. That is all, carry on as you were. Woody01 :pilotfly: The Flying Kiwis - Since ages ago... Find us at https://www.simcentral.co.nz
Hazzerboraco
Any other interest in aircraft other than WW2? I’m living in Europe currently but will be back in Aus by the end of the year, and looking into different squadrons to fly with. :matrix: :joystick: ....... Woody01
Guys we are operating in DCS at least three times a week now officially. We have training nights on Tuesdays and Thursdays and a full on mission on Sunday night. Running P51D, AV8-B, FA18C, Mirage, UH-1H and F5 Slots. We have moved to a non password server as we figure if your going to the trouble of getting yourself proficient in DCS your prolly not a dickhead. This isn't first person shooter easy... So keep your eye out for The Flying Kiwis server, especially if your in the Asia Pacific region, however we have had no problem with ping from anywhere. We have a refreshing outlook on flying as a team, solid maps with up to date briefings and maps that facilitate working as a team. We are on discord, our channel is https://discord.gg/Sq7vMuW We are not running SRS yet, so you will have to go old skoll. Hope to see you there. Woody01 out. The Flying Kiwis - Since ages ago...
