It looks like there is a broader underlying problem, since this doesn't only affect the Harrier:

Could be. We trigger the "damaged" wing based on what DCS tells us. In this case it said that the wing is gone, but internally DCS is saying that the wing is still there so the ordnance is still attached to it.

I see so its a DCS problem more so than a harrier problem
