clarifications on use ram and vram in dcs 2.5

Hi I would like some clarification regarding the use of the ram in DCS 2.5.

I have 16 gb of ram ddr4 and gtx 1060 6 gb of ram.

Technically even with ALTE settings it does not reach the maximum use of my pc.

The ram occupies about 8 GB and vram 5.6.

In the task manager I see that there is the dedicated vram and the shared vram, what would it be?

What is the new memory manager in 2.5.1 exactly hitting? The ram or the vram?
