Startup procedure issue (Persian Gulf)

Well I am no expert, but I have done a lot of startups with Mig-15.

 

When I open fuel shutoff valve during startup ... nothing happens.

 

When I open my other missions on caucasus map... it works.

 

I have created simple mission on Persian Gulf by adding only 1 Aircraft and 1 Friendly Airfield = Doesn't work. Tried 2 times..

 

On Caucasus works, on Persian Gulf shutoff valve doesn't work.

 

Can someone confirm?

 

Maybe I am wrong....
