If gun pod is not mounted, and Litening pod is on central position, when in external view, it show pod hovering / suspended in the air.

WELL, that attitude and sarcasm is probably gonna get this thread closed.

 

 

Known Issue...

other bugs (suchs avionics) were of higher importance on the list than an external texture missing.

I think it is internally fixed

 

 

 

 

From what i'Ve seen while making my liveries a few months ago in ModelViewer as i turned the arguments on to look at the pod, the POD seemed to be designed/modeled to be set on a LAU station/pylon, not sure how they are named, but seems in DCS it doesn't spawn/appear, so the POD seems to be floating cuz the thing it should lay on doesn't not appear so it looks like floating around. See screenshot.

You have not mentioned in which version of DCS you are witnessing this issue but I can confirm there is not a problem with either pod in the Open Beta branch (please see below):

If you had read the post properly, you would have seen that he says that it only occurs without the gunpod mounted. Try again I'd say ;)

It's not working when rearming on the ground, it actually removes the pylon after the TGP was loaded :

 

When loaded in the editor, no problem :

When reloading in game, fine just after the TGP appears :

 

attachment.php?attachmentid=185503&stc=1&d=1527411376

 

Then the pylon is removed seconds after :

 

attachment.php?attachmentid=185504&stc=1&d=1527411376

 

There must be a problem in the rearming sequence, after the TGP is loaded.

 

Same behavior with the ECM pod.
