[ALREADY REPORTED] No rain effects in VR

I recall that this was reported on the first release, but now in update 3, still the rain drops don't show in VR mode.

It was actually officially reported on Monday. I was also hoping the fix would make it to an update this week. I think the VR is just missing a glass texture, but that's just a wishful thinking guess. :)
