RWR lock indication

I noticed that when I am hard-locked by someone, there's no visual indication on the RWR or EW page (no diamond or else, just the plain number symbols). So there's no way to know who's locking you up.

I noticed that when I am hard-locked by someone, there's no visual indication on the RWR or EW page (no diamond or else, just the plain number symbols). So there's no way to know who's locking you up.

 

Whoever has locked you will move from the lethal to critical band - so they will move towards the outside of the RWR / EW circles*. Once they have fired an SARH missile, they will start flashing.

 

*There's some discussion about whether this is how it works in reality and whether it should be outside to inside rather than inside to outside, I'm just talking about how it works in the game right now.
