BlacleyCole Posted June 26, 2018 Posted June 26, 2018 (edited) Ok I’ve build my forward operating base with its own mash hospital on one version of the pg map . On another I started making a farp using nothing but the included basic items. I just couldn’t stop I dressed it up with items from several mods. Then I got a vehicle patrol constantly and a speedboat patrol for about and hour, a pedator patrolling from the nearest base it does a loop then heads home. Lastly I added a group or two huey that take off do a security loop then heads fore that base if I knew the way to get the ai to fly the localizer I would then head it back home and hit a practice range in a valley before the farp. I created a trigger zone that covers the practice range, then use the condition if unit in zone and the command or something on the vehicle trigger actions to engage units in zone. Or something to that effect. Next will be a forward operating base for rotarys and maybe harriers. My thanks to all the creator of these items I’m using. Wish I knew how.ok the helo did several runs but was missing the weapons but according to the loadout everything except door gunners were selected for a cas mission. Why can’t I add door gunners? If I ever get things just right I’m going to take the track and create and avi from it to use as a tour guide. Plus I’m going to do it with mods and without mods for those that see the need for the mods for helos. Ok what’s the best way to get the ai to attack the range iirc there’s three targets for the rockets and a strafe pit for the guns. How to get the ai to engage them do I need to set explosions for the rocket targets and a trigger zone for them how about the strafe pit will you see the mini guns firing and kicking up dirt? feefifofum Posted June 26, 2018 Posted June 26, 2018 (edited) In the loadout screen there will be an illustration that shows which pylons are associated with which number. Create a new loadout or clone an existing one then add door gunners as desired. Under Advanced Waypoint Actions or Triggered Actions you will find Attack Group and Attack Unit taskings. You can use these to assign targets to the AI as well as select the desired ordnance and quantity for them to use. EDIT: Advanced waypoint actions will occur as the AI arrives at the waypoint where they are assigned. Triggered actions can be activated at any time using the AI TASK PUSH trigger. I haven't tried to make a controlled AI strafe of a target range, so you'll have to experiment yourself and figure out what you think is the best way. If a vehicle or object is damaged sufficiently it will explode and burn. You can also force it to explode with the EXPLODE UNIT trigger. THE GEORGIAN WAR - OFFICIAL F-15C DLC
