Bug? Aim-9 Seeker Sometimes Jumps to Unintended Target Even After ACM Lock

Hi,

 

Open Beta - Pre/Post Update 7 + Hotfix: Aim-9 seeker circle still occasionally jumps to nearby unintended target even when ACM has locked up desired target. Not sure if this is a bug or true in real life. See track file.
