Purchased module does not show up in manager

Hi,

 

Bought the module 10 minutes ago but it does not show up in the manager. Usually I instantly see the red mark showing that I can install a new module but nothing this time. Also, at the bottom of the main menu, the YAK-52 shows up as a module I can still BUY. anyone knows what can be the issue? It does, however, show up in MY ORDERS...

I am in Open Beta. But my version number is 20036. When can I expect the required update?

I did use the update DCS World open beta icon in the windows menu to update to 20146.
