Horrible artifacts on shore to land borders in VR

There is a horrible flickering in land/water boundaries. Screenshot attached shows it a bit where you can see the white dots, Difficult to capture the effect in a screenshot. They are flickering like mad in the game. Try the Hornet 'Ramp Start' IA mission and fly to the sea.

Issue disappears when lowering water quality in settings.

Doesn't happen on any other map.
