bkthunder Posted August 11, 2018 Posted August 11, 2018 I just flew a night mission and to my surprise the DMT had FLIR vision like the TPOD (the TPOD wasn't even loaded on the plane). IIRC, previously it was just a CCD camera and useless at night, is this a bug or a feature? joey45 Posted August 11, 2018 Posted August 11, 2018 A bug. Some code got changed my mistake I guess. The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance. bkthunder Posted August 12, 2018 Author Posted August 12, 2018 I see, thanks for clarifying :) Windows 10 - Intel i7 7700K 4.2 Ghz (no OC) - Asus Strix GTX 1080 8Gb - 16GB DDR4 (3000 MHz) - SSD 500GB + WD Black FZEX 1TB 6Gb/s
DmitriKozlowsky Posted August 12, 2018 Posted August 12, 2018 Which version of OpenBeta is this happening in? 'Cause mine looks green-amber, same as DMT TV during daytime. DMT TV is supposed to be able to lockon and track based on contrast. However DMT does not appear to track moving targets.
Subferro Posted August 12, 2018 Posted August 12, 2018 Also something I’ve noticed recently with the DMT, when the designated spot is out of the field of view I no longer get the HSD compass. Now it just gives me a blank screen.
