It is best NOT to assign any default axes or buttons. Each time I reconnect/reinstall I must go and manually erase all that (((

T.16000m flight pack with throttle and pedals, but I agree: except for special hardware products with certain modules (e.g. hotas warthog with a-10c) it is better everyone finds his setting by him/herself: each config follows a personal logic and depends not only from the hotas but also from other equipment used (hardware multi function displays, VR devices, voice command software, self-build additional hardware, and so on).

When I buy a new module, first I read the manual trying to study it, then I configure my hotas, and only after that I fly training missions, to check if my configuration is ok (ergonomic, practical, etc.)

PXN 2119 with guts removed and replaced with a pair of arduino pro micros and several hacked on buttons (added a joystick on my throttle as well as 6 3-position switches, 3 buttons and an extra rotary, on stick i added 3 5-way hat switches).

I don't think i get default key bindings...

Logitech G940

MFG Crosswind Pedals

Saitek Trottle Quadrat

Bodnar Board for custom Panels

Thrustmaster MFD (2)

Please keep FFB alive.

Concerning defaults: Please allow an easy option to remove all default bindings except for keyboard with one click. The current defaults are in conflict when you use multiple controllers, e.g. 5 controllers mean 5 roll axis assigned.

@Wags

Is there any way that you can stop assigning commands to controllers? Maybe an option in the settings to turn that feature off.

I often find my axis and buttons assigned to my Racing Wheel, Rudder pedals, XBox Controller, and other controllers that I don't use for this game. And I have to delete them all over and over..

I used to have one. I sold it on eBay a few years ago. I now have a Warthog. It was a great bit of kit. I;m really surprised by the low number here.

No it was not. The throttle is/was OK but the sticks gimbals were complete rubbish. Still using it after 15 years but with an early U2 gimbal mod.

Personal Wish List: A6 Intruder, Vietnam theater, decent ATC module, better VR performance!

Logitech X52 currently. Expecting the Thrustmaster Warthog stick to be combined with T. 16000m throttle

Well-Worn Cougar here, stick now on it's 3rd gimbal. The throttle has had a hall sensor conversion but is currently shelved awaiting Leo Bodnar conversion & replaced with a TWCS, a perfect fit for the f-18, albeit lacking the split axis. I will replace both with Virpil controls next year, but retain the Cougar throttle and handle for BMS & in anticipation of the DCS F-16. Up to last year I had TM Elite pedals connected to the Cougar, but these were superseded by TM TFRP pedals, which I'm going to be keeping for the foreseeable future. An Elgato keypad is on Santa's list, for use as the UFC/ICP

I also have 2 Thrustmaster MFD's with plans to mount 8" screens behind. I'll most likely end up getting another pair for the F-15E backseat... I have much patience :)

I have 2 year X-55 Rhino and it continues to work well and Saitek combat pedals..
