BlackFoxNZ Posted September 1, 2018 Share Posted September 1, 2018 when playing Multiplayer DCS fails to sync everything on the server with every player, normally someone will join them after selecting a tac com slot, after that they can jump into and control a unit manually, after doing this the tank for the driver will appear to be fine. its only when they leave the unit and it returns to AI controlled that it teleports in a random direction. meanwhile on the other team the tank is still sitting where the player first got into it. this means a player can drive a tank around killing everything else without the enemy team AI or players ever seeing it. examples of this can be found below. this is a very old bug and i couldn't find the old thread so i made a new one Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Shabi Posted September 1, 2018 Share Posted September 1, 2018 It was an interesting experience, we saw the tank early on, but later no-one could see it, and it progressively shot through at least a dozen units. What's weird was that it wasn't desync for just one person, everyone had this happen. Oculus CV1, i7 4790k @ stock, gtx 1080ti @ stock, 32gb PC3-19200 @ 2.4ghz, warthog & saitek pedals, razer tartarus chroma. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
