I have tried everything, as far as I can tell I have the right settings on the hornet. Selected A/A, Master switch on, radar on, still can't shoot anything. Tried other aircrafts and all works well, my hornet doesn't want to fight. So frustrated.:(

You have to select a weapon first--just selecting AA and Master Arm on won't do much.

Configure your weapon select switch first, try selecting the gun and pull the trigger. See if it fires. If not, there's something else to sort out first (such as making sure your joystick trigger is configured properly--I only config the second stage, not much use for the first.)

I seem to be having a similar issue. Just took F-18C up on NTTR, light A/G load, unable to Arm weapons (any of them). Fuel burn seems to be extremely high as well, I had 2 bags on and full fuel, took off from Nellis, got as far as Creech then had to turn back, fuel ran out while turning onto finals for Nellis. I had not had any enemy interaction, so a shot fuel tank is no factor. I was not stooging around with the airbrake out either, lol. 2 bags and full internal = round trip of around 120NM ish.

Something certainly isn't right at the moment.
