I'm on pattern altitude and the FE tells me that I'm above the glide path, when I start to descend "terminate, terminate". Any help?

Compare your flight to this video. I'll check the tirggers but I think you have to descend after you have clearance to land (if you do it earlier you will break the pattern altitude limit).
