Category got deleted or missing

I was resetting some of my throttle settings and might have deleted the “thrust” category. Is that possible? If so, how do I get it back? This is for the F/A 18 module.

"Thrust" is an axis command, and the category is "Flight Control". I cannot see how a command could be deleted through the user interface. If the command "Thrust" is no longer visible in Options/Controls under "Axis Commands" that means it has been deleted from the file "default.lua". If that has happened through some black magic, it can be restored by running a Repair.
