tmansteve
Just received my new HOTAS and it feels so much better than the Hotas X. One thing I would like to know is, has anyone adjusted the tension on the throttle or left it as is? Not sure how much leeway there is on the screw. Cheers Edited October 10, 2018 by tmansteve
Sparky1b09
I adjusted mine to almost zero tension. I did this because otherwise during air to air refueling it would be too jumpy for the precision needed for that task. I have just enough tension so it will hold its position without drifting on its own.

joca133
Zero tension almost, but applying nyogel liberally and bolting it down to the table is what made a difference. It changed completely how it feels and is much more smooth.
frogger
same here , very jerky for small adjustments in formations with any tension on it.
Cornelius
I used this. Now the resistance is gone.
