New Virpil T-50 customer = problems

Hi, i hope i can get some help here, since i received my Virpil T-50 flightstick and base, i have been trouble shooting for about 6 hours now....

 

I have tried and failed with different settings, but the worst thing i could have done was trying to firmware update it, after that the joystick just complete failed to work properly....

 

Clicking "Firmware" and then "Reset device profile (go to factory default settings)" apparently does not factory reset everything, so im lost here.

 

And what "Device PCB" should i select?

I have selected "VPC.CNT.V07" but then none of my axis workes

 

How do i completely factory reset the joystick and base, so there is absolutely nothing of my mess on it?

The procedure is laid out very simply in the manual. Download it and have a read.
