head tracking and view keys

I see that the view keys and mouse view are disabled if you are using head tracking. I would like to be able to pause head tracking and use the keys when starting up or doing intense activities with the ddi's. Is there a key that toggles between the two?

I'm not aware of one . However , TrackIr works quite well for the activities you describe .

well I am using facetracknoir for now and it doesn't do that I pause it and the view keys are disabled still. I think I may just get by with snap views till I can get vr. I don't do well with head tracking due to my contacts minimizing my looking far left or right.

external mouse view is not disabled even when using trackir, alternatively you can disable trackir externa view in dcs options and only use the mouse.
