Is there a speed chart or some such for flapless landings or approach flap?

And approach : (presumed full flaps)

On-speed without external stores and 2,000 pounds of internal fuel is about 125 knots.

Add about 2.5 knots for each 1,000 pounds increase in fuel and stores.

I was thinking if damaged or if flaps do not working. So, high winds approach flaps not used, still use full flaps?

I consider full flaps landing and the half flaps approach based on experience but I understand the hornet is a different aircraft.
