Guys,

I´m mapping my new HOTAS, a Saitek X-55, with the Saitek-Software... Now I found, that the ingame DCS Control-Page doesn´t show the keybindings for all functions... Neither does the manual. Does anyone have a complete list und would be so kind to share with me?

Kind regards,

Stefan

The main ones that you generally need are all there.

If not, you will need to assign them a keyboard key or bind them directly to your controller. I use a mix of CH manager and direct bind.

Export all the keys for a module.

That’s normal, only the commands for common functions (hotas, views, flight control, etc) came pre-defined .. the rest have to be made-up by the user.

You'll have to set key combos for these yourself. If you want to ensure you're not colliding with keys used for anything else, try left and right ctrl (strg?) plus a number or letter.

Another alternative is to bind buttons directly in DCS, avoiding the stick profiles where possible.

You can add a button as a modifier to other buttons to have the 'extra sets' you'd have in the stick profiler. This will avoid a bunch of problems down the line where the saitek software conflicts with other software, in particular I've had problems with teamspeak and discord.
