wilbur81 Posted November 9, 2018 Posted November 9, 2018 I know everybody is still working on the overly thick font display thickness for the HUD and mfd's at high resolutions (4K is my test bed). Here's my question, though. Just tried out the new JHMCS and it looks GREAT! Just like it should look. What's funny, though, is that the HUD and MFD text still looks twice the thickness and lacks the sharpness, but the JHMCS font looks perfect. What's the difference here and isn't there a simple tweak that could be made to fix the other displays? I took a screenshot but figured people wouldn't necessarily be able to tell if there aren't using 4K...but it is an obvious difference. That's all. :-) i7 8700K @ Stock - Win10 64 - 32 RAM - RTX 3080 12gb OC - 55 inch 4k Display
Beamscanner Posted November 9, 2018 Posted November 9, 2018 (edited) FYI, the blurry MFDs are also apparent in the exported displays. regardless of resolution. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=3631456#post3631456 Edited November 9, 2018 by Beamscanner

Any idea why the new HMD display data is unaffected? i7 8700K @ Stock - Win10 64 - 32 RAM - RTX 3080 12gb OC - 55 inch 4k Display
wilbur81 Posted November 9, 2018 Author Posted November 9, 2018 A bug, not a wish? Interesting. Any idea why the new HMD display data is unaffected? By the way: wouldn't this be considered a bug? Why has it been moved to wish list? If it's not a bug, why does the HMD look correct and HUD/MFDs?/exported displays not look the same? And only at 4K? i7 8700K @ Stock - Win10 64 - 32 RAM - RTX 3080 12gb OC - 55 inch 4k Display
