swartbyron
I've been practicing my landings at the shortest runways I could find. The plan was that if I could land safely and stop, then landing on the longer runways should be easer to do after that. Approach was as slow as I dared, aiming for the threshold to give my self as much room as possible for breaking and stop before I ran short of runway. All up weight for all 3 landings was around 12 000 kg in no wind. (No gun ammo, chaff, flares around 30% fuel and 0% curve on the pitch axis) Anyway I thought I would share it with you all. :) Edited November 18, 2018 by swartbyron
AeriaGloria
A lot of fun to watch. Interesting the shadow not showing right in Nevada, General DCS bug I think. Good job! Makes me want a full animated drought chute:) Black Shark Den Squadron Member: We are open to new recruits, click here to check us out or apply to join! https://blacksharkden.com
swartbyron
Thanks :) What the video doesn't show you is the pile of wrecked MiG-29's at Eco Bay. That's one tough airstrip to learn to land at! I reckon that if you can land there you can land at any field in DCS. Edited November 18, 2018 by swartbyron
