Help me change VR cursor brightness and or size/shape!

It's too damn bright during night ops. There must be some way to modify it inside or outside of DCS.

 

Please don't tell me about clickable cockpit mouse, not moving your head, etc... I only want to know specifically how to adjust the VR cursor I see in the headset.
