This doesn’t happen on mobile devices does it - just pc’s? At least it’s not on my iPad.

Why did you bring this upon us....

 

EDIT: Just found out you can go to your Control Panel, under EDIT Options scroll all the way down and you can silence them or hide them

I hate the breaking xmas lights sound, it makes me jump and drives me mad.... I will be so happy when that graphics is gone in our beloved DCS forums..

PSA - Christmas lights up top...

 

There is a setting to either disable them or silence them.

Scroll to the bottom and just choose "Silent" or "Disable". I chose disable because I don't mind a little holiday spirit but the sounds they make me want to skip the forum for the entire time they're up there :).
