Faster TDC when assigned to Buttons

The TDC in the F-15C works GREAT when assigned to four button hats. With the Hornet, it is too sluggish. Being a (new) TM W-hog owner, the slew hat isn't the most friendly and would like to move away from axis assignments and assign the TDC to a four-way (as I do with the F-15), but the slow speed is a deterrent.
