MiG-15bis module developer/ownership status

I was thinking to buy the MiG-15bis module.

 

I know that MiG-15bis developer (Belsimtek) merged with ED.

 

So the MiG-15bis module should now be a "in-house"/ED module (not third party anymore).

 

But is that correct?

 

The shop still list it as "DCS: MiG-15bis by Belsimtek".

 

Who owns the MiG-15bis source code now? A third party or ED?

It was created by Belsimtek but is now maintained by ED. Same as with the Huey.
