[CANNOT REPRODUCE] AI behavior

AI Yak wingmen do not follow in level formation. Instead they yo-yo upward and away from the lead aircraft. No communication is able, so you cannot call them down to return.

I am not seeing this issue, they seem to fly a decent formation for me, and I am able to communicate just fine.
