ekg
I notice that the CEII always has two pilots. Is it possible to set it to 1? I'm curious if the weight and balance changes would affect the flight characteristics.
Hiromachi
Yes. In mission editor: And yes, this change reduces the weight and changes a little bit flight characteristics. SnowTiger
Maybe I'm blind but I didn't see that in the ME. Can you please point me in the right direction for the option to have 1 or 2 pilots and/or to be able to switch from the rear (pilot) to front (passenger/student seat) ? Thanks in Advance SnowTiger:joystick:
spiddx
In his screenshot: right side in the tab, half way down you see 'Solo Flight'. If the box is checked you'll be alone in the plane and can't switch seats, unchecked you can. SnowTiger
Oh for crying out loud. I didn't even see that the image went beyond the screen. What a dip***t. Anyway, that's what I was hoping to see. Thank You. SnowTiger:joystick:
SnowTiger
I was hoping the Manual would explain the choices between "Pilot, Instructor or Equally Responsible" but it doesn't. Always Ask is self explanatory ... at least once I know what those settings are for. However, I'm willing to guess that it has to do with a Live Player in the Front Seat having any control or not. Am I right ? SnowTiger:joystick:
Joe Kurr
IIRC it defines who can transfer (or take) control of the aircraft. If for example it is set to Instructor, the instructor can take control without asking the student first.
