ACP Switches don't recenter after using keyboard command to cycle

Tested in 2.5.4.26479, but has been around for a while.

When cycling any switch on the Armament control panel using the keyboard icommands, the switch will stay locked in the direction in which the switch was actuated rather than returning to center (as should be the case, and is with mouse-actuation). Have not tested with DirectX, but assuming it is the same.

How to replicate:

  1. Apply keyboard shortcuts to any/all ACP switches (up and down).
  2. Enter any mission, though a warm start with bombs loaded makes for better fuse switch testing.
  3. Cycle switches up and down using the keyboard, and observe that the switch stays in the up or down position rather than returning to center.

This HAS been around for awhile. I would like to see the keyboard shortcuts work someday since I have a key pad I've wanted to use. Can we get a fix for this?
