If you check the ACO.pdf or the in game kneeboards there are tanker tracks north, west and south west of the engagement area. It's usually easy to pick them up on radar. draconus Posted February 5, 2019 Share Posted February 5, 2019 After two fights im always out of fuel :) Save the fuel (high alt, no burner) to have at least 12.0 at India. With the experience you'll learn to get the enemy more quickly. I only had that problem in BFM01 - 3 fights. You are allowed to divert to Creech AFB. cercata Posted March 9, 2019 Share Posted March 9, 2019 Wow, 100 feet is almost crasing, I didn't realize I was so low ... :-O BTW, The F-15C is supussed to use Flaps when dogfighting ? draconus Posted March 9, 2019 Share Posted March 9, 2019 (edited) If you don't retract the flaps below 250 KIAS they will retract automatically and lower back auto if slower then 250 KIAS. While they are helpful during landing I don't think they would help you much during the turning fight. They cause drag a lot!
