RSBN Channels wrong or changed randomly?

Hello,

 

could someone please check RSBN Channels in Caucausus in 2.5.4 stable?

 

I had several occasions were instead of dialing channel 6 for Sochi I needed to tune Channel 7 or even 8 to point me to Sochi.

Once I tuned channel 7 which pointed to Maykop or channel 2 instead of 1 to Anapa.

 

I opened an issue in bug tracker, but would be nice if others could reproduce it to.
