Looks like somethings corrupted,if it were me,I'd start by doing a repair.

true is does, but repair didn't help, its not like the missing textures look, its just well...luminous green, oh and only on the Russian pit

Have you tried clearing the metashaders and fxo folders from C:\Users\[username]\Saved Games\DCS ?

Is that stock textures? The colors looks more green than the default blue.

 

Any cockpit texture mods may not be compatible with v2.5.3/4 cockpit as textures' names were updated.
