panzerd18
Hi, When the ILS vertical bar appears on the HUD, in order to capture the glide slope direction you need to steer away from the bar to capture it. Is this correct and true to life? In all western aircraft I know, to capture the glide slope you need to steer towards the vertical bar to capture it, not away as seen in the AV-8B in DCS World. Keen
Seems like this might be a general problem with how steering cues are set up with the Harrier currently. The auto bomb steering line is acting like this as well and is very counter intuitive.

Is this correct and true to life? Directions seem ok, please post a track - tested at Kobuleti, zero wind, DCS 2.5.4.27430 Note: there is a 2.5.x ATC/ILS bug were they are out of step for moderate (<4m/s) headwinds i.e. they use different directions. i9 9900K @4.7GHz, 64GB DDR4, RTX4070 12GB, 1+2TB NVMe, 6+4TB HD, 4+1TB SSD, Winwing Orion 2 F-15EX Throttle + F-16EX Stick, TPR Pedals, TIR5, Win 10 Pro x64, 1920X1080

It might have been bugged in a previous version as seen in the following video. It is opposite to what you're showing in the picture, but its from Dec 2017. Ramsay
It might have been bugged in a previous version as seen in the following video. The AWLS localiser's HUD direction/position was bugged (inverted) in earlier versions but it was fixed in a patch around April 2018, so the youtube video you reference is out of date.
