Bullant Posted March 13, 2019 Posted March 13, 2019 (edited) I have an exotic but probably not unusual monitor configuration. 3 x 1920x1200p monitors as my main display 2 x 1024x768 monitors sitting behind MFDs I have them arranged in windows so that the MFD monitors sit to the right of the 3 main monitors. This means I have a resolution of 7808x1200 selected in DCS settings. My monitor config file is attached. Note that I have been flying using just the center monitor for the sim due to the HUD/MFD issue in the hornet, in this configuration the Jester wheel is only half visible, with the rest off the screen. Using all 3 monitors, the Jester wheel is off to the right, but at least visible. It is apparent that the Jester wheel is being positioned in the middle of the overall resolution, rather than in the middle of the defined "Center" viewport. This make Jester unusable in single screen and virtually unusable in 3 screen setup (because I can't look at the selection with trackIR to use it). Now I can work around this for the moment by changing my monitor config to remove the 2 MFD monitors, but I really wanted to put the F14 displays on them ...5_monitors-FA18C.lua Edited April 1, 2019 by IronMike Intel i7 13700K @ 5.3 GHz / ASUS TUF Gaming Z490-Plus / 64 Gb G.Skill DDR4-3600 / RTX 4090 / 2TB Kingston KC3000 NVME / Win 10 x64 Pro / Pimax Crystal / WINWING F/A-18 HOTAS A-10C, AJS-37, AV-8B, F-4E, F-5E, F-14, F-15E, F-16, F/A-18C, F-86F, FC3, Christen Eagle 2, FW190D-9, Mosquito, P-47D, P-51D, Spitfire, AH-64D, KA-50, UH-1H Combined Arms, WWII Asset Pack, China Assets Pack, Super Carrier, Falklands Assets Nevada, Normandy, Persian Gulf, The Channel, Syria, Mariana Islands, South Atlantic, Sinai, Kola, Afghanistan
Super Grover Posted March 13, 2019 Posted March 13, 2019 Hey AndrewW, Thanks for your report. We're aware of this problem, and we've prepared a fix which should solve it - the menu should be centred in your user interface viewport. It should be available within the next days. Again, thanks for your input. Regards grvr Krzysztof Sobczak Heatblur Simulations https://www.facebook.com/heatblur/

Deezle Posted March 14, 2019 Posted March 14, 2019 Same issue here except I have an upper and lower monitor, the menu spans both, which I assume my situation should also be fixed? Bullant Posted March 14, 2019 Author Posted March 14, 2019 Same issue here except I have an upper and lower monitor, the menu spans both, which I assume my situation should also be fixed? It should do, the post above says the fix will put Jester in the center of your user interface viewport.
