Hypoxia?

Is this some sort of hipoxia? My screen gets fuzzy, black and white at higher altitudes. If so, where do I turn the oxygen on? I am following the assisted start checklist.

It is hypoxia and I missed it on the assisted startup as well. theres an oxygen switch toward the left rear of the cockpit by some hoses on your seat. Hopefully someone else can be more helpful with its location.
