i love this tool. I would love to be able to change the text in the briefing. I sometimes have to alter the mission and the briefings cant be changes, for instance if I use CVN-71 and I want the TACAN to be 71X.. I'm finding that I cannot change it. Or if I don't have JTAC, I cant remove that part of the brief.

It is a great tool! I hope helicopter missions will be added in the future like troop transport, sling load, etc

I to would love to know if it is possible to modify the briefing. This tool is fantastic and I contributed to the project. Someone tell me if the briefing can be changed or modified

A few issues...

1) Anyone else having problems with CAP escort not spawning unless you disable "Late Activation" in mission editor? (EDIT: Never mind - I see now these should be spawned in via the F10 menu)

2) Also problem with AI aircraft spawning too close to the ground...ie 72ft !? (EDIT: Doesn't appear to be a factor when spawned in via F10 menu)

3) Is it not possible to spawn on the ramp or parking cold and dark?

4) And lastly, even when I edit the mission editor to have CAP escort spawn - they spawn with an empty loadout.

It’s a bug? I use briefingroom, after i will use combat flite……before, i could but now, CF dont load anything generatef in BR! I must load the mix in MEditor, save it, and then if i will i can load in CF…any solution? Thx

Odd, tried for the first time today. Looks great. Generated a mission using the "full" editor, the strike against static enemy aircraft was fine but the secondary which was a strike against a factory didn't. The factory didn't spawn, although the supporting troops did. Also, some strangeness with coalition AI refuelling, had 4 other F18s hooked up or waiting to tank, and they were just being complete wallies, I guess that's just a DCS AI thing.

 

It's a great tool though and a really nice way to gen quick missions to practice weapons in context or just have a little more control than DCE for example.
