[BUG]+[RESOLVED] Jester menu rendering issues

I haven't seen this before or since this flight.

Fuel total incorrect

 

Shortly after takeoff, I noticed the fuel total was reading 0:

 

 

After refuelling at a tanker, it read 24,200:

 

 

This is with no external tanks:
