How do you calculate weight?

Found some max landing numbers on the forums.

But is there an overview on how much the aircraft, missiles, external tanks, LANTIRN and all that weigh? So that I can calculate if I need to dump fuel or not?

If not. You guys have any rule of thumb on what fuel quantity to be at for good carrier landings?

54,000lbs is max trap weight

In the mission editor, select a desired loadout and then subtract internal fuel until your maximum weight is at 54,000lbs...whatever fuel you have left is the max fuel you can land with on the carrier.

Thanks for the tip.

But there is no weight chart to show how much the individual missiles and stuff weight, then?

Maybe I should make one.

Take a look at the following thread...some good info and I believe that there is a chart in there somewhere.

For individual missile weights, you could just unload one missile at a time in the mission editor and see the weight difference, however, I don't know if missile rails/attachments are calculated.
