Silver_Dragon
+1 but require build all anti-ship and antisubmarine warfare and torpedoes, mines, depth charges and sonobouis to use proper them, with the 4 crews posts.
Thorgs
Yes please, like a ~2009 Version with AGM-65 F/E and TGP :O
Jester986
I'd buy it for being a tanker and its limited attack abilities but I wouldn't expect them to add the ASW stuff for it.
FerdeLance
Day one buy for me. This would be a fantastic addition to DCS. I know some would not care for it, but seems to be time to expand DCS just a bit more...so either this or a C-130 variant would be quite excellent. 160th Virtual Fighter Squadron "Dixie Vipers" Alabama Virtual Air National Guard [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

Mule
Yep, day one buy for me. I'm a big fan of the Tornado but this overrides all that (sry fellow Brits) I feel dirty now. Fighter Pilot Podcast.
AG-51_Razor
Yeah, continue asking for more toys to "fly" bozo without even reading the manual instead of asking for a better simulator. Virtual pilots ask for better ATC, better IA, better weather, more realism. Kids and fanboys ask for more planes in beta. Just graduated from Dale Carnegie, eh?? XtraChrisP
Hmmmm… Interesting choice! I wonder how much stuff it did besides just burn circles in the sky looking for subs or tanking other jets. To me the only real appeal is the 4 player multi-crew, but I think it's pretty well established that the side-by-side cockpit arrangement doesn't work just yet in DCS, so we're prob limited to tandem cockpits only. To that I have to humbly disagree with Mr. Mule and say bring on the Tornado!

P.S.: Yea, if given the choice I'd have the Tornado over the S-3 myself, too. Not to take away anything from the Viking, though.
Evoman
+1 The S-3 would be a great addition to the fleets capability's. It would also be one of those unique airplanes that would attract new flight sim pilots to DCS that are not interested in combat roles but would be attracted to the aerial refueling, electronic warfare and surface surveillance roles. Even just having the S-3 implemented at first as a refueling tanker would be of great use as it would be the only flyable tanker and the only one ever capable of operating of an aircraft carrier in DCS. P.S.: Yea, if given the choice I'd have the Tornado over the S-3 myself, too. Not to take away anything from the Viking, though. It's more difficult because there are two people using the same cockpit and touching the same switches so there is much more stuff to sync. Evoman
I just came across some news that VNAO has an S3-Viking MOD in development but without DCS implementing Buddy Tanking it's just a basic flyable aircraft. AG-51_Razor
This would be a first day buy for me for sure! I don't even see the need, or desire, for a multiplayer cockpit. For me, it gives the mission planner to ability to be much more flexible, or creative if he could use a human to provide the refueling services. Not to mention the other roles it can perform, such as anti shipping!
