Axis Commands. Gun Sight Brightness

It's not possible to assign this axis on the Warthog Throttle, cell is greyed-out.

Funny thing, it's possible to bind this axis with the rudder.

ED forgot to add this line of code in the file "Throttle - HOTAS Warthog.lua":
