oho
I get a "check trim" message after cat-start and can't get rid of the message. In the FCS I see stabilators moving +1 / -1 without me using the trim button. Do you have a tip for easyly set trim to a neutral position again? pokeraccio
“V” to set standard trim for runway, or the correct trim settings for actual weight if you’re about to take off from carrier. In the FCS I see stabilators moving +1 / -1 without me using the trim button. You should try to set some little deadzone value to the joystick axis. MrBill
I am not positive about this, but I have heard from other more experienced Hornet pilots that you need at least 16 units of elevator trim off the carrier to avoid this message. Check the FCS page and set before takeoff.
