I don't remember exactly what's the Block (I've lost an excellent small handbook from Boeign that described every single thing about it), but it has quite a number of upgrades, including some avionics 'stolen' from the F-22 and F-35 and other goodies. It's going against Rafale and Gripen NG, so it really needs to be up-to-date. This export version is serious business. Honestly, it's hard to tell which one will take the cake. Now the raptor is not the top of the line anymore, the f-35 is going to be way more advanced than the f-22; but still there is nothing like a pure fighter.
